Ahhh, Stitch Fix Box….we meet again! Here’s what I got this month:
dress 1Item numero uno: Delany 3/4 Sleeve Ikat Print Dress- $58. I wanted to like this, but the waistband was elastic making extra fabric hang over the top. Even though I liked the print, I didn’t really think this was flattering, so I sent it back. dress 2Second item….this dress. I…umm….threw out my receipt so I don’t remember what this dress was called and/or how much it cost. But, I certainly didn’t keep it. I thought the tie around my waist accentuated my hips {which are large and in charge} and didn’t care for the fabric, so I sent this mother back.pants3rd thing: Giuliana Bootcut Jeans- $88. These were too long and too big. Even if I got these tailored, I still think they would have looked ridiculous. So I sent these back. Also, they don’t even look like jeans, right?! More like black dress pants.purple shirt4th thing: Hudson Front Twist Knit Shirt- $58. At first I thought that this shirt was a little tight, but after showing my husband, he made me keep it…and I’m glad he did. I really like this shirt now. It’s a soft fabric and flattering.
sweaterLast item I got in my box was this Oise Boat Neck Dolman Sleeve Sweater- $68. Pulling it out of the box, I thought “eww” but after putting it on, I loved it. It’s different, but still cute! I just recently wore this with a white shirt underneat, black leggings and taller brown boots. SUUUUPER cute. This was my favorite piece from the box.

So there you have it! I kept 2/5 item which seems to be a trend ’round these parts. I requested from now on that I only receive tops and accessories, so we’ll see if the stylists see that and honor my request for January.

I received the same exact sweater, took one look and said “eww” and it has quickly become a favorite of mine. Here is a link to my pinterest page with a pic of how I put it together.

Love these reviews Lauren! Too funny your honest feedback. Where are the leggings from in your last two photos? Super flattering! Need me a pair!

Love the purple top! Too bad the dresses and the jeans didn’t work out. Ordering online can sometimes yields some very interesting results, even after consulting the recommended size charts. So many times, I ordered according to the size chart, and the clothes are too big. When I finally gather up the courage to order down, that is the one time the clothing is too small.

That last sweater is a really unusual shape – but I kinda like it! It looks great on you! I think I agree with all your choices this month 🙂
