Macro Friendly Easy Coleslaw
This Coleslaw Recipe is a classic, from scratch recipe that will make you never buy store bought coleslaw dressing again! Not to mention, this little recipe is macro-friendly! Yay!
Ingredients
- 1 bag shredded cabbage/coleslaw mix shredded
- 1/2 onion finely diced
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley optional
for the coleslaw dressing:
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 4 tablespoons truvia
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- For the coleslaw, place cabbage, onion and parsley into a large bowl. In a smaller bowl, stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, truvia, salt and pepper.
- Pour over top veggies and toss to coat. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve. The longer this sits the better it tastes.
