1. I was supposed to sign my daughter up to audition for the Nutcracker this year, but since we were out of town, it slipped my mind. Yes, she’s 3 and in ballet. Yes, I’m a little OCD when it comes to her and ballet.
2. She’s just so cute in her tutu and I want to squish her.
3. Basically, I’m mourning the fact that I missed this milestone {can you call it that?!} like a family member. My husband thinks I’m insane.
4. I promise our recap posts from our trip are coming! Double dog swear. {Is that what you say when I really want you to believe what I’m saying? or am 7 years old?}
5. Our iTunes were messed up for a while because my husband a certain someone deleted ALL of our songs. Well, recently a certain someone {ME} recovered all deleted songs. I am praising every form of deity as we speak.
6. I’m craving 14,000 of these cookies. I CANNOT get enough. If you haven’t made them yet, I highly encourage it. This weekend? Great! What time should I be there?
7. That photo at the top of this post has nothing to do with this post, incase you were confused. Well, other then the fact that I took a picture, then ate it. And it was ridiculous.
8. Amen and Hallelujah.
9. I’ve been seeing crazy yummy recipes I’ve been dying to try. I’ll be experimenting with these this weekend:
- Easy Homemade Sour & Spicy Dill Pickle Spears from Simply Scratch {–>love Laurie!!}
- Homemade Mascarpone from London Bakes; only 2 ingredients needed for this! I’m intrigued.
- Glazed and Sprinkled Chocolate Doughnut Holes from How Sweet It Is
- S’mores Fudge from The Novice Chef
10. Just for fun, I’m making my Cinnabon Cinnamon Rolls and we’re having my Southwest Chicken Chop Salad for Dinnah. If you haven’t gotten around to making those cinnabons yet, WHAT are you WAITING FOR? —>just do it.
Enjoy your weekend 🙂
I am definitely going to make those lemon cookies! Hopefully this week 🙂 I hope you had a great weekend!!!
Thanks for the link lady! Hope you have a super weekend 🙂
Awwww, come on! I PURPOSELY eat potato chips and brownies together, first one, then the other, because I LOVE the combo! Please give us the recipe! Pretty please?
I got it at a food cart! If I had the recipe, I’d totally make it!!
Homemade mascarpone? I’m also intrigued 🙂
You always make me laugh! 🙂 Thanks for that link for homemade mascarpone. Sounds easier than I would have imagined!
Seriously? You have me SO intrigued about that picture, and you’re not even going to tell us what’s in it?! I’m dying!! It looks DELICIOUS, and being that I’m on a diet, I’m just lusting everyone else’s delicious food as I eat a salad and work my butt off in the gym. Oh, what a Cancun trip does to a person. 🙂
I really need to make your cinnabon cinnamon rolls. Like, yesterday. I’ll get on that. Right when I get back from Cancun, and my body can be covered in sweaters and fall clothes and no more bikinis. haha.
That sounds like a fun weekend. I just can’t wait to read your yummy stories. Until then, I’ll enjoy that delicious picture…seriously, that looks so appetizing. 😀
