What happens in Vegas does not stay in Vegas. Clearly. Since I’m writing a whole post about it 🙂

A few weeks ago, me and some good friends headed to Sin City for a little R&R. It was the perfect long weekend to recharge and refresh….slash party and shop til my ankles swelled! I think I was the pregnant party pooper 84% of the time, but that’s ok! I powered through.  As usual, all my links and recommendations are listed at the very bottom of this post. Pictures are just for funsies!

First stop was to Yardbird. They had great food, but it was this ice cream sandwich that had us all fighting over the last few bites! Warm chocolate chip cookies with peanut butter ice cream and bruleed bananas stuffed in between! It was heaven.

Then we checked into our suites at the Four Seasons- Las Vegas! These pictures below do not do this hotel justice. It is so beautiful outside and in! And to be completely honest the only other time I was in Vegas, I wasn’t too impressed with our hotel or the fact that there was smoke and 94% naked ladies everywhere! Well, there was none of that at the Four Seasons this time! I was so thrilled to have had a completely different experience and all for the better.

We were also lucky to get some goodie bags from some of our favorite brands! A great way to kick off the fun weekend.

That evening, we had dinner at Veranda, an Italian Restaurant at the Four Seasons! Holy phenomenal Batman.

This entire seafood pasta dish is cooked completely in this glass jar!! I have no idea how they did it, but man oh man was it good! The more I tried, the more I needed more!

Red velvet whoopie pie! Love love love.

The next morning, I was certain I’d still be full, but alas, I was starving. So we went to Hash House a go go and ordered ridiculous amounts of food! It doesn’t help that the portions are HUGE to begin with! I got a pumpkin pancake and it was pretty amazing.

Once we were filled to the brim with pancakes, we shopped like crazy!

Loved shopping at Fashion Show Mall! They had a little bit of everything for everyone! All the good stores you want at a mall. Thanks to Sabra, I was able to pick up a few goodies for myself and the family!

At some point we were hungry again, so we went to Burger Bar for fries and shakes! I got a custom shake made with chocolate ice cream, oreos, peanut butter cups, chocolate and peanut butter sauces and whipped cream. It was HEAVEN! Also, the onion rings and sweet potato fries were great.

That night, we headed out to see Britney Spears! Why yes, I am a 13 year old girl still.

Really cool effects and I ended up liking the show a lot more than I expected! Way to go Brit. It was a great night 🙂

The next morning, we were able to sleep in a little and then enjoy the Breakfast Buffet at Veranda Restaurant. Totally amazing! And they had everything and anything you could possibly want for breakfast.

Homemade, fresh, mini donuts made to order here too! The Four Seasons knows the way to my heart.

The rest of the morning was spent by the pool just relaxing! It was seriously perfection.

Hello private cabana! How are you?

We got some goodies delivered to our cabana amongst the sweating swimming. These fries were nearly the tastiest things I had the entire weekend. Also: NACHOS. Amen.

We ended up shopping more that afternoon {oops?!} and came across these gorgeous spots of flowers and trees and huge arrangements in all the different hotel lobbies!

I wore my Tieks, as did the rest of the ladies! Mine are the fuchsia pink at 11 o’clock. Such comfy shoes to walk in. Perfect for vacations.

We all got new bags from MZ Wallace as well. I am loving the smaller cross body bags more and more for travel {as pictured above} because it’s the perfect size for keys, wallet, phone, camera and minimal makeup!

Before the O show, we went to PRESS, another restaurant at the Four Seasons and enjoyed lots of appetizers and small plates. That burrata cheese with the balsamic….what dreams are made of.

Pretzels and cheese! My fave!

A quick little note about the O show {Cirque du Soleil}….holy smokes, it was incredible! The whole time, I was like “how are they doing this and not drowning?!” Totally worth the ticket price!

The next morning, I had to head out early to catch my flight to get home. I was anxious to see the kiddos, but especially my husband because he had been gone to Army training 3 weeks prior and I hadn’t seen or talked to him for nearly 22 days! So, yeah. It was a happy reunion!

Huge thanks to these amazing brands who made our trip so special: Four Seasons Las Vegas, Sabra Hummus, Petunia Pickle Bottom, MZ Wallace, Tieks, Lulu Frost, Loren Hope, Miranda Frye Jewelry, Minted.com, Tokyo Milk, Hello Apparel, Bella Cotton Candy Maker, P.J. Salvage, KitchenAid, Retro Bakery, Tillamook, Nestle, Planters, Bon Apetit Pizza and Martha White.

Details on what we did:

Yardbird Southern Table & Bar–the fried chicken, biscuits and mac and cheese was really good, but the Elvis cookie sandwich is a MUST!

Four Seasons Las Vegas–Cannot say enough good things about this hotel!! It was the perfect spot for relaxing on the strip! It was elegant and classy instead of frumpy and trashy {that rhymed!} like a lot of other Vegas hotels.

Veranda Restaurant {at Four Seasons}–get the seafood pasta cooked in a jar! It makes a deliciously light and satisfying dinner! The short ribs and red velvet whoopie pies were pretty darn delicious too!

Hash House a go go–be prepared to EAT! Huge portions! I got the pumpkin pancake and it hit the spot for me, although everything I tried was really tasty!

Burger Bar–amazing fries, onion rings and shakes!! I didn’t get a burger because these were so much more enticing! Try the sweet potato fries with the cinnamon honey mustard. Like, whoa.

Fashion Show Mall–big mall with all the regular favorite stores with a few luxury spots too.

PRESS {at Four Seasons}–small appetizers that taste amazing! The pretzels and cheese dip were my favorite along with the platter of cheese, crackers and meats. YUM.

Veranda Restaurant Breakfast Buffet–well worth the money! SO many delicious options, plus dining by the pool! Heaven. Also–>fresh mini donut station made to order. Enough said.
