Halloween Oreo Frozen Hot Chocolate

You know what sucks? Ripping off a bandaid. It hurts and it doesn’t make me very happy. You know what also sucks? Running. Especially when you have busted ankles. Except deep down I’m secretly ok with the not running thing. Sore ankles makes for a good excuse. Cheers to all you other elliptical-worker-outers.

Another sucky {but totally awesome thing} is downing 9 of these and getting a brain freeze. It’s so good, but so bad. My 3 year old was quite confused because she drank hers with a straw at a moderate speed….like any other normal person… and looked at me funny while I cringed and hit my forehead. Do you know how hard it is to explain a brain freeze to a 3 year old?

C’est tres difficile.

And there’s your french lesson for the day. You’re welcome.

Anyways, what I’m trying to say is the brain freeze is worth it because this frozen goodness is basically a million oreos in liquid form. I think hospitals should start hooking this kind of stuff up to everyone’s IV’s. I think it would make us all healthier and bring world peace.

In my brain, things like this happen. Don’t hate, appreciate.

If you follow me on Instagram, you will have noticed me post a picture of ย a package of Halloween Oreos. I’m throwing them into everything these days and cannot stop. So consider this a warning.

In the mean time, let’s make another Frozen Oreo Hot Chocolate.

Start by plugging in your beautiful KitchenAid blender. This is mine. I call her Bertha. Not really.

I recently found a homemade pumpkin spice smoothie/latte recipe that I want to try out. I think that’s what I would make first!

Would be awesome to FINALLY get a blender, especially one that matches my glorious orange mixer!

I’d make a low carb frozen blueberry protein smoothie! Liked Kitchen Aid and Lauren’s Latest on FB and followed on Pinterest!

I should probably make a green smoothie, however your halloween oreo frozen hot chocolate to celebrate would be the first.
