I found all sorts of fun shops to check out while we were vacationing in Miami Beach. I didn’t realize that Laduree is a French company that came to the states! It probably explains why their macarons are sooooo addicting! These macarons were perfection. My husband doesn’t like macarons, but these ones he could not stop eating!! That should tell you something….
This is a must go to spot in Miami {or NYC!} if you can’t make it to Paris. Here’s what we ordered:
Orange blossom….light and delightful, but not my fave. Still good though 🙂
Hazelnut Macarons…these were hard to beat. So so good!
The Chocolate Macarons were filled with straight up chocolate! OMG…
The Pistachio and Lemon flavors were dreamy too!
I love a good Vanilla Macaron and this one did not disappoint.
Salted Caramel macarons are actually filled with homemade salted caramel!! Talk about decadent! Mmm….
If I had to pick a favorite, it would be the hazelnut or pistachio, surprisingly. My husband picked the chocolate as his favorite, but there’s no surprise there. The man LOVES chocolate.

Hey, we visited Laduree in Paris a few months ago. I was in complete disappointment. $3-4 for a macron. it wasn’t great too. When we visit Miami I definitely want to try them, I hope they are better.
I LOVE Laduree. I’ve only had them in Paris and it was the first time I ever had macaroons. I go to a place called La Boulangerie by me for my weekly dose of macaroons now. I would die if they opened a location in Chicago.
Haha, when I first discovered Laduree in my city, I went so much that they recognized me and memorized my orders. It took a supreme amount of willpower to stop myself from going everyday cause, you know, I’d like to fit into my pants. I seriously am able to eat an entire dozen in 5 minutes.
I LOVE Laduree. I’m not a huge fan of macarons either but I will hoover a box of these babies. Rose is my favorite and lemon a close second!
