Open-Faced Turkey Sammy Idea
I ended up making a little open-faced turkey sammy of sorts with this cream cheese spread on a flatbread, some smoked mesquite turkey and some micro greens {sprouts, alf alfa, spinach etc} on top. SO yummy and perfect for a snack, light lunch or appetizers for a party! How cute would these be at a baby shower or bridal luncheon?

Thanks for the post. It’s a Saturday. My college-age son will be waking up at sometime after noon. I’m wondering what to make him to eat. Trying to make do with what I already have. I have sliced smoked turkey, Naan bread, 4 ounces of cream cheese, half a lemon and garlic cloves. I Googled and your recipe came up. I don’t have the chives or fresh parsley, but I can figure something out from the dry spices I have or just forgo a;ll that part.
It’s really helpful to have an idea of how much zest and garlic to add to the cream cheese. So glad I found your post!
