Main Ingredients Needed

You only need six ingredients and about 20 minutes of time to make this amazing dinner! Here’s what you’ll need for these Swedish Meatballs:

  • Butter + Flour – these two make a roux which starts out the sauce. This basically adds flavor and stabalizes the sauce.
  • Beef Stock – this adds flavor to the sauce while also thinning out the flour.
  • Sour Cream – adds creamy tanginess to the mix.
  • Salt + Pepper – don’t forget to salt and pepper.
  • Beef Meatballs – use frozen meatballs (I used Casa di Bertacchi brand) or make homemade meatballs!

We don’t have Sam’s Club and I have not heard of this brand but my go to frozen meatball are from IKEA. It is such an easy meal. Ever since we moved to the boonies I try to keep a few bags of these in the freezer for those times I just need to throw something together. My family loves them.
