Extraordinary-Meals-CoverWell, hello friends!

Guess what?!

Remember that ecookbook I’ve been harassing you all about? YEAH…it’s DONE and ready for browsing!

This cookbook has been a few months in the making and you’ve probably seen my instagram photos, facebook updates and tweets about it. It’s been quite the long process, but I was happy to do it because {1} I love what I do {2} I listen to my readers and {3} it’s nice to have all these everyday recipes in one place–not just for you but for me too!

IMG_0224Why did I write Everyday Ingredients Extraordinary Meals?

On my blog, I usually post all the random crazy recipes that pop into my head. Do I ever post the simple, everyday recipes I use on a weekly basis? Sometimes, but not usually. So, why did I decide to put all these recipes into a cookbook? Because I’ve been getting more and more emails from you wonderful people asking for them! I also loved the idea of self publishing my own recipes because I could control everything about it from start to finish, making the book completely and authentically MINE. {But of course with the help of Heidi!}

My whole goal with this ecookbook was to give you a taste of what I cook for my family all the time–basically a bunch of new recipes you can’t find on my blog. You’ll recognize a few {like my Cinnabons} but besides that, everything is pretty much brand new just for you!

IMG_0019Inside Everyday Ingredients Extraordinary Meals, you will find:

>My Baking Basics–what I have on hand all the time to create delicious food

>My Pantry Essentials–all the common ingredients I have in my kitchen that I use over and over again

>My Favorite Spices–the most common spices I find myself running out of constantly

>10 of my Family’s Favorite recipes

>10 recipes that are Quick Weeknight Eats

>10 recipes that are perfect Weekend Wonders.

>and the 4 most common recipes I make again and again that I always have whipped up and ready to go.

AND until Wednesday {May 1}, I will be offering a discount on “Everyday Ingredients Extraordinary Meals” at $5.99, regularly priced at $7.99.

I know you’re all DYING to get your hands on a copy, so click here to purchase your copy from my sales page!

Thank you, my wonderful readers who are nothing but supportive and positive! I couldn’t have written this ecookbook without you all!

Congrats on both the cookbook and the welcoming of your new baby! My family loooooves my chicken “stewp” with dumplings.

My favorite family meal is chicken and dumplings. It only dirties one pot, has a moderate amount of prep but once you’ve gotten past that it’s incredibly easy.

How exciting, congratulations!! My favourite family meal is a big pasta bake because EVERYONE in my family likes it ๐Ÿ™‚

My favorite family meal is something called Upside Down Pizza. It has a lot of nostalgia for me and is a major comfort food. You basically layer your favorite pizza toppings in the base of a 9×13 dish, top it with hamburger, pizza sauce, cheese, and biscuits and then bake until done. I think it’s even better as leftovers for a bonus! ๐Ÿ™‚

Our family favorite meal is homemade pizza using your pizza dough recipe. We love experimenting with new flavors or just piling all of our leftover meats and veggies from the week on top!

My favorite family meal is a breakfast dinner – pancakes, bacon and fresh fruit. Everyone likes it and there are never any complaints!

My very favorite is sausage and onions! Mostly because I love both sausage and onions :). It’s not my husband’s favorite, but I still make it a lot because the kids like it.
I think the idea of your cookbook is fantastic!
