I’m sort of in love with taking panoramic shots with my iphone. Like seriously. Anyways, a day before we left Paso, we stopped off at Thomas Hill Organics for a light lunch. I really loved the style and decor of this restaurant. Very clean and fresh!I also loved the fragrant rosemary on our table. Made me really hungry…it doesn’t take much.We ordered black lentil tacos as an appetizer. They were strange and delicious.
For lunch I had these really incredible shrimp with zucchini noodles, nectarines and onions all together in this mint and cilantro slightly spicy dressing. The grilled shrimp were some of the best I’ve had in a really long time. Sweet, tender and juicy. Simply amazing! This sliced fruit was part of my daughters lunch. She also got a grilled cheese sandwich. I don’t think there was enough cheese….My husband got the Bahn Mi Sandwich which was super tasty too.For dessert, we got cobbler! This was filled with peaches and nectarines and then topped with whipped cream. Not my very favorite thing we had at lunch, but definitely filled my sweet tooth!!
