This flavorful turkey chilli is packed with the delicious nutrition of beans and veggies!
In large pot or dutch oven, heat oil over medium heat. Add in onions, carrots and celery. Cook until vegetables have softened slightly.
Stir in green bell peppers, garlic, salt and pepper. Add ground turkey. Using wooden spoon or stirring utensil, break meat up to increase cooking time and to make smaller pieces.
Once turkey is completely cooked, add in all canned ingredients and spices. Simmer on medium low heat for at least 20 minutes (the longer you let this simmer, the better it tastes). Serve with desired toppings.
