Preheat nonstick skillet over medium heat. Melt half a tablespoon of butter into the bottom.
In a shallow dish, whisk eggs, milk, vanilla and cinnamon together. Dip 1-2 slices of bread into the egg mixture and place into hot pan. Cook 1 minute per side or until browned. Continue this method until all french toast is cooked.
For the lemon cream: whip all the ingredients together until smooth.
Spread some lemon cream over each slice of french toast and top with sliced strawberries and/or powdered sugar. Serve immediately.
