Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3.4 oz. instant vanilla pudding 1 box
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • dipping cookies: graham crackers, gingersnaps, thin OREOS, etc.

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, pumpkin, vanilla, instant vanilla pudding, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and heavy cream. Whip until completely smooth and thickened. Scrape the sides and mix again briefly to ensure everything is thoroughly stirred. Pour into a large mixing bowl and serve with any sort of cookie.
