10-Minute Broccoli Cheese Soup
This 10-Minute Broccoli Cheese Soup will knock your socks off! Not only does it take 10 minutes to make, but its creamy, cheesy and oh so yummy. Grab some broccoli and cheese and get cooking!
Servings 2 servings
- 10.75 oz cream of mushroom soup 1 can
- 10.75 oz chicken stock
- 3 cups frozen broccoli florets
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup half & half
- 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese + extras for toppings if desired
Whisk cream of mushroom soup together with chicken stock in medium saucepan. Place over medium heat and add in frozen broccoli, worchestershire, salt and pepper. Bring to boil and cook 5 minutes to heat broccoli through.
Using an immersion blender, blitz soup to puree to a desired consistency. Stir in half & half and cheese.
Taste, adjust seasonings, add more cheese if you'd like an serve.
