  • 10.75 oz cream of mushroom soup 1 can
  • 10.75 oz chicken stock
  • 3 cups frozen broccoli florets
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup half & half
  • 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese + extras for toppings if desired


  • Whisk cream of mushroom soup together with chicken stock in medium saucepan. Place over medium heat and add in frozen broccoli, worchestershire, salt and pepper. Bring to boil and cook 5 minutes to heat broccoli through.
  • Using an immersion blender, blitz soup to puree to a desired consistency. Stir in half & half and cheese.
  • Taste, adjust seasonings, add more cheese if you'd like an serve.
