Caramel Coconut Cream Oatmeal

  • 1/2 cup Quaker Quick 1-Minute Oats
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons toasted coconut
  • 2 heaping tablespoons plain greek yogurt {or whipped cream if you're feeling sassy}
  • 1 tablespoon caramel sauce


  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine oats, milk and salt. Cook on high 1 1/2-2 minutes. Remove from microwave and top with coconut, cream and caramel. Serve.
