Fresh Peaches and Cream Pie

  • 1 9- inch pie crust baked and cooled {This is a good recipe}
  • 8 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2-3 fresh ripe peaches
  • 1 tablespoon lime or lemon juice
  • whipped cream {optional}


  1. Prepare pie crust according to recipe directions.
  2. Whip cream cheese, sugar and vanilla together until smooth. Spread into the bottom of pie shell.
  3. Slice cheeks off of fresh peaches and cut into slices. Toss with lime {or lemon} juice, then arrange in concentric circles around the pie.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Cut into slices and top with whipped cream.
