  • 1/2 pound pizza dough
  • 1 cup chunky salsa
  • 1/2 pound turkey taco meat
  • 3 cups grated cheddar cheese divided
  • 1/2 cup black beans
  • 1/2 cup sweet corn
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 green bell pepper diced
  • 1 tomato diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
  • lime wedges


  • Place pizza stone in oven and preheat to 500 degrees. {If you don't have a pizza stone, use an upside down baking sheet that is large.}
  • Stretch pizza dough out to be 12-14 inches in diameter. Spread salsa, taco meat, half the cheese, black beans, corn, onions and peppers over pizza. Top with remaining cheese.
  • Bake on hot pizza stone for 10-15 minutes or until crust is cooked to your liking.
  • Remove pizza and top with fresh tomatoes and cilantro. Serve hot with lime wedges.
