  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a sided baking sheet with foil and place cooling racks into pan. Lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. Line bacon slices onto rack and bake 15-20 minutes, depending on desired texture. Remove from oven, cool 2 minutes and serve warm.
