  • 2 whole ripe mangos peeled and diced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper diced
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 1/2 jalapeno finely diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1-2 limes juiced, about 1 tablespoon
  • salt and pepper to taste
