I love this simple recipe! Spicy and creamy and so simple to throw together, it's a must make to store in the fridge or serve at your next party. Macro and non-macro eaters approved! Try it this holiday weekend!
Add Neufchatel, drained chicken, greek yogurt, 1/4 cup hot sauce, onion powder, salt and pepper into the bowl of a stand mixer and stir until combined. Pour into a serving bowl.
Top with blue cheese crumbles, remaining hot sauce (if desired) and chives. Serve with crackers and celery sticks.

Each can has a total weight of 12.5 oz undrained or 7 oz drained. If you'd like to use different chicken, you'll need 14 oz total of cooked and shredded chicken.
