In a large microwave safe bowl, heat peanut butter for a minute in the microwave to thin out a bit.
Add butter, powdered sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract and using an electric stand mixer, whip together until smooth and creamy, 1-2 minutes.
Scrape sides of bowl and stir again briefly.
Spoon into serving dish and eat with any desired dippers!
