Nutella Hot Fudge Sauce

Servings 16 ounces
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup karo corn syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 13 oz Nutella small jar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Heat cream, corn syrup and salt in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Cook until just simmering, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and whisk in Nutella and vanilla.
After 1 minute, the Nutella should melt into the cream and create a thick and smooth sauce.
Serve warm over ice cream or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks.
