- butter to grease the pan with
- 4 large eggs
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup hash browns
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese grated
- 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
- 4 warm tortillas I like corn, the hubby likes flour
