  • 72 oz Kroger Ready to Bake Brownie Mixes four 18 oz packages, found in the refrigerator section
  • 1 cup softened butter
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder sifted
  • 5 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3-4 tablespoons milk
  • valentine sprinkles
  • heart shaped Peeps and gummy candies

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • Line a half sheet pan with parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking spray. Set aside.
  • Open the four packages of ready to bake brownies and place onto the prepared baking sheet. Press into the pan and even out to create a mostly flat sheet of brownie. Bake 25-30 minutes or slightly undercooked. Remove from the oven and cool 20 minutes. {This time as it's cooling will cook the brownies completely!}
    Brownie dough
  • While the brownies are cooling, make the frosting. Whip butter and cocoa together until smooth in large bowl. Stir in vanilla and powdered sugar. Slowly stream in milk until frosting reaches desired consistency. Scrape sides and whip again until light, fluffy and smooth, 1-2 minutes.
    Chocolate frosting
  • Spread prepared frosting over completely cooled brownies and cut into 24 even squares. Top with sprinkles and candies. Serve or cover with plastic wrap and store for up to 3 days on the counter.
