- 4 leaves bibb lettuce
- 1 lb taco meat
- 1/4 cup Mexican blend cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup tomatoes diced
- 1/2 onion diced
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 avocado diced
- 2 tbs cilantro
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- Any other taco fixings you'd like
Prepare fillings.
Wash lettuce leaves well and dry using a salad spinner.
Fill each lettuce leaf with desired toppings, fold into a taco and serve.
