Easy Cauliflower Gratin
This creamy, flavorful cauliflower gratin uses only five ingredients and is an easy side dish.

- 1 head cauliflower cut into bite size pieces
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 small onion diced
- 15 oz Alfredo sauce 1 jar
- salt & pepper to taste
- 2 cups crushed Salt & Pepper Kettle Chips
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place cauliflower into a shallow baking dish and pour in 1/2 cup water. Cover with plastic wrap, leaving a small part of the dish uncovered. Microwave 5-7 minutes or until cauliflower is fork tender.
While cauliflower is cooking, heat butter over medium heat in deep cast iron skillet. Saute onions until tender and brown, 5-7 minutes.
Pour in alfredo sauce and simmer 2 minutes. Stir in drained, cooked cauliflower. Add in salt and pepper as needed. Top with crushed chips and bake 15 minutes. Serve hot.
