Easy Cauliflower Gratin

This creamy, flavorful cauliflower gratin uses only five ingredients and is an easy side dish.

  • 1 head cauliflower cut into bite size pieces
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 15 oz Alfredo sauce 1 jar
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 cups crushed Salt & Pepper Kettle Chips


  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Place cauliflower into a shallow baking dish and pour in 1/2 cup water. Cover with plastic wrap, leaving a small part of the dish uncovered. Microwave 5-7 minutes or until cauliflower is fork tender.
  • While cauliflower is cooking, heat butter over medium heat in deep cast iron skillet. Saute onions until tender and brown, 5-7 minutes.
  • Pour in alfredo sauce and simmer 2 minutes. Stir in drained, cooked cauliflower. Add in salt and pepper as needed. Top with crushed chips and bake 15 minutes. Serve hot.
