Monster Blood & Guts {Raspberry Monkey Bread}

If you need a gory treat for Halloween, I've got just the ticket! Raspberry Monkey Bread is made easy by using premade cinnamon roll dough.

Ingredients

  • 12.4 oz Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls 1 can, with icing
  • 1/2 cup raspberry jam divided
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon liquid red food coloring

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Pop open cinnamon rolls can and cut each roll into even, yet purposely ugly pieces. Place on prepared baking sheet in one even layer. Spoon 1/4 cup jam over cinnamon roll pieces and bake 10-12 minutes or until rolls start to brown lightly. Spoon icing over warm rolls.
  • In a small bowl, stir jam, corn syrup and food coloring together until combined. Drizzle over warm rolls and serve.
