Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Pop open cinnamon rolls can and cut each roll into even, yet purposely ugly pieces. Place on prepared baking sheet in one even layer. Spoon 1/4 cup jam over cinnamon roll pieces and bake 10-12 minutes or until rolls start to brown lightly. Spoon icing over warm rolls.
In a small bowl, stir jam, corn syrup and food coloring together until combined. Drizzle over warm rolls and serve.
