If your kids are sick of sandwiches for lunch, then this is the perfect sack lunch that they'll eat!

Ingredients

  • 4 mini pita pockets
  • 2 slices Sargento Colby Jack Cheese
  • 2 slices deli turkey
  • lettuce and other salad fixings
  • salad dressing

Instructions

  • Slice 1/4 of the pita off the top and open gently. Stuff each pita with 1/2 slice of cheese and turkey and then lettuce and any other veggies you'd like. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Drizzle salad dressing overtop and serve.
