  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 box lemon bar mix such as Krusteaz


  • Pour whipping cream and lemon filling from box into a blender. Turn blender on low to mix until it thickens; should take about 30 seconds. Spoon mixture into plastic container and sprinkle on bottom crust. Swirl it in as best as you can, place the lid on and freeze about 4 hours or more. Scoop and serve as you like.
