  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup real maple syrup
  • 6 cups mini marshmallows divided
  • 6 cups rice krispie cereal
  • 10 slices precooked bacon warmed slightly and chopped into piecespinch of sea salt


  • Spray large pot and plastic rubber scraper with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Place pot over medium low heat and melt butter completely.
  • Pour in maple syrup and 4 cups of marshmallows. Stir with rubber scraper to melt everything evenly together.
  • Remove from heat, stir in rice krispies, chopped bacon, salt and remaining 2 cups of marshmallows.
  • Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Butter fingers and press mixture into pan to flatten. Cool 20-30 minutes or until at room temperature.
  • Cut into squares and serve.
