  • 4 ripe avocados
  • 2 limes juiced, about 3-4 tablespoons
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 clove garlic grated
  • 1 handful cilantro chopped finely

extra add-ins

  • red onion finely diced
  • diced tomato
  • chopped jalapeno
  • queso fresco etc.


  • Cut open each avocado, remove pit and spoon into bowl.
  • Add in lime juice, salt, pepper, garlic and cilantro. Mash with fork to be as smooth or chunky as you'd like.
  • Stir in any additional ingredients if desired and serve with chips.
