Garlic Butter Shrimp

This Garlic Butter Shrimp is so easy to make and tastes so so good! If you love shrimp and garlic, then this is the recipe for you! Makes a great dinner or appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons salted butter softened
  • 1 clove garlic grated or minced finely
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried or fresh chives
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 lb. peeled and deveined medium shrimp* I used 43-50

Instructions

  • Stir butter, garlic, chives, salt and pepper together to incorporate. Melt in large cast iron skillet over medium heat.
  • Add in shrimp and cook 1-2 minutes a side or until they turn bright pink. Remove from pan immediately to prevent overcooking and serve hot.

Notes

*any size of shrimp should work just fine!
