  • 10 packs Advocare unflavored fiber each pouch is .42 oz, total is 4.2 oz of fiber
  • 1 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
  • 1 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 cup real maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup trivia sweetener
  • 12 oz. unsweetened apple sauce 3/4 cup approximately
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract optional
  • zest of 1 navel orange
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

  • In the bottom of a large bowl, measure out the Advocare unflavored fiber with flour, whole wheat flour, cinnamon, cloves, baking soda and baking powder. Whisk together to combine. Create a well in the center and to that add maple syrup, sweetener, apple sauce, egg whites, vanilla, almond extract, orange zest and almond milk. Stir to create a uniform, thick batter.
