Ham & Cheese Honey Mustard Pretzel Melts

This is no ordinary ham and cheese sandwich. Served on a pretzel roll, it is sweet and spicy from the homemade honey mustard and full of melted cheese.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon softened butter
  • 6 soft pretzel rolls
  • 6 slices medium cheddar cheese
  • 6-12 slices honey ham

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, stir honey, mustard and butter together until mostly smooth. Slice each pretzel roll in half and spread honey mustard on each side of the roll. Top with half a slice of cheddar cheese, ham, the remaining half of cheddar cheese and the top of the roll.
  • Wrap each roll well in foil and bake 10 minutes or until warm and melty. Serve warm.
