Baja Fish Tacos
Baja Fish Tacos are a fun, easy and tasty way to upgrade fish sticks! Everyone gets to build their own ideal taco! Parent and kid approved!

- 23 oz. VandeKamp's Crunchy Fish Sticks 1 box
for the baja sauce:
- 1 cup Daisy light sour cream
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 clove garlic grated
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- salt & pepper to taste
- 4 corn tortillas or flour tortillas
- shredded cabbage
- sour cream
- greek yogurt
- shredded cheese
- any other desired toppings
Cook fish sticks according to package directions.
While fish sticks are baking, place all ingredients for Baja sauce into a blender and whir until combined and sauce is smooth 20-30 seconds. Pour into a bowl or squeeze bottle.
Place taco ingredients and toppings into bowls and onto a table with the Baja fish taco sauce and hot fish sticks. Let everyone serve themselves and enjoy!
