1/2 cup Quaker Quick 1-Minute Oats 1 cup whole milk pinch of salt 2 tablespoons toasted coconut 2 heaping tablespoons plain greek yogurt or whipped cream if you're feeling sassy 1 tablespoon caramel sauce
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine oats, milk and salt. Cook on high 1 1/2-2 minutes. Remove from microwave and top with coconut, cream and caramel. Serve.
