Brie & Turkey Panini Sandwich

Shake up your lunch with a Brie and Cajun Turkey Panini Sandwich. Just put everything between two slices of bread, slather in butter, and press!

Ingredients

  • 2 slices French Bread about 3/4 Inch Thick
  • 4 slices Cajun Turkey Lunch Meat
  • ¼ cups Baby Spinach
  • 4 slices Brie Cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter Softened

Instructions

  • Preheat panini press.
  • Build sandwich with spinach in between turkey and cheese. Butter the outsides of the bread, 1 tablespoon each per side, and place on the panini press for 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted and the bread is crispy.
  • Remove, slice in two and serve warm.
