Brie & Turkey Panini Sandwich
Shake up your lunch with a Brie and Cajun Turkey Panini Sandwich. Just put everything between two slices of bread, slather in butter, and press!

2 slices French Bread about 3/4 Inch Thick 4 slices Cajun Turkey Lunch Meat ¼ cups Baby Spinach 4 slices Brie Cheese 2 Tablespoons Butter Softened
Preheat panini press.
Build sandwich with spinach in between turkey and cheese. Butter the outsides of the bread, 1 tablespoon each per side, and place on the panini press for 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted and the bread is crispy.
Remove, slice in two and serve warm.
