A deliciously refreshing, sweet, minty and limey alcohol-free drink, this Mojito Mocktail has it all! Make it for a special occasion or any weekday, it's fabulous however you do it.

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 12 mint leaves
  • 6 tablespoons simple syrup
  • 6 oz sparkling water
  • ice
  • lime wedges + extra mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  • Muddle lime juice and mint leaves in the bottom of each glass.
  • Stir in simple syrup, sparkling water and ice.
  • Garnish with lime wedges and more mint.
