  • 1 pound green beans
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • kosher salt & pepper to taste


  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Prep the green beans by washing, drying and trimming the ends. Place onto prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  • Bake 20-30 minutes or until roasted to your liking. Serve warm.
