I love love love a wedge salad. There is something about that blue cheese and bacon that makes me never want to stop eating it. This is a great side dish to enjoy with a main course or have as a snack or in addition to something for lunch. One of my favorites!

Ingredients
1headiceberg lettuce
2cupscherry tomatoes
8tablespoonsBolthouse Blue Cheese Dressing
2ozsmoked blue cheeseI used Private Selection (regular blue cheese crumbles are also great and have the same numbers!)
4hard boiled eggsyolks removed
4tablespoonsbacon crumblesI used Hormel
Instructions
Wash lettuce and cut into 4 equal wedges. Dry thoroughly. Place each wedge onto serving plate or platter.
Top each lettuce wedge with 1/2 cup tomatoes, 2 tablespoons dressing, 1/2 oz blue cheese crumbles, 1 chopped hard boiled egg and 1 tablespoon bacon crumbles. Serve.
