Summer is still in full swing in my neck of the woods which means we are still grilling our little hearts out! I made some killer Blue Cheese Bacon Burgers because I felt like I wanted a treat and this certainly hit the spot! Topped with Bolthouse Farms blue cheese dressing and a few light blue cheese crumbles makes a delicious difference!

Preheat BBQ Grill. In a large bowl, mix ground beef with hamburger seasoning (you can add more if desired.) Divide meat into 6 even portions and form into large patties that are slightly thinner in the centers than they are at the edges to promote even cooking.
Grill burgers to desired doneness. Remove from grill and tent with foil to rest.
While burgers are resting, cook bacon. Drain on paper towels.
To assemble, open up a hamburger bun. Add lettuce and tomato, a slice of bacon cut into two, a hamburger patty, 2 tablespoons blue cheese dressing and 1 tablespoon blue cheese crumbles. Add the top bun and enjoy.
