Make the Crust

In a small bowl, stir graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter together to moisten.  Press into a 9-inch springform pan and bake.

Mix cream cheese until smooth. Add in granulated sugar. Stir until smooth. Stir in vanilla, pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon. EGGS GO IN LAST!

Pour Filling

Spread that thick and creamy filling into the crust and follow my baking instructions for a no crack cheesecake every time! 

Top it with fresh whipped cream and a good quality caramel sauce plus a sprinkling of cinnamon. I have lots more ideas in the post!
