In the bottom of a large bowl, measure out the Advocare unflavored fiber with flour, whole wheat flour, cinnamon, cloves, baking soda and baking powder. Whisk together to combine. Create a well in the center and to that add maple syrup, sweetener, apple sauce, egg whites, vanilla, almond extract, orange zest and almond milk. Stir to create a uniform, thick batter.
Scoop evenly into 20 greased muffin tins. Bake at 350 for 22 minutes, or until completely cooked through. Cool thoroughly and leave 10 muffins out at room temperature in an airtight container or Ziploc bag and freeze the remaining 10 in a separate freezer bag.
For days 1-5 of the cleanse, eat 2 muffins per day from the stash on the counter. For days 6-10, eat 2 muffins per day from the stash in the freezer.
