A quicker and easier way to make brussels sprouts...in the air fryer! Delicious crispy exterior with a tender center. So delicious, these Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts are the perfect side dish.
Prepare brussels sprouts by washing, removing any exterior leaves that look dirty or old and trimming the ends. Cut in half and set aside.
Toss prepared Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt and pepper. Add to the air fryer basket and air fry 10-15 minutes at 400 degrees F, tossing half way through. Brussels sprouts are done when edges and leaves are dark and crispy and centers are soft.
Serve warm with balsamic glaze or any desired toppings.

Storage Directions
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 375° F for a few minutes to bring back that crisp texture. The microwave works, but you’ll lose the crunch. Freezing isn’t ideal here since the texture softens after thawing.
