This Avocado Salad Dressing tastes incredible on just about anything and is so easy to make right in your food processor or blender. Ready in less than 10 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 avocado ripe
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup olive oil give or take

Instructions

  • In the bowl of a small food processor or small blender, place mayonnaise, avocado, lemon juice, garlic, salt and black pepper. Blend until smooth.

  • Stream in oil to achieve the desired consistency. Serve immediately or chilled.
