Preheat oven to 350° F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl, stir cake mix together with oil, vanilla extract, and eggs.
Scoop dough into 24 even balls and place onto prepared baking sheets.
Bake 8-10 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool 4 minutes before removing to a cooling rack.
Enjoy warm or at room temperature.

Store leftover cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days.Make ahead- refrigerate the dough for up to 2 days or freeze it for up to 3 months.To freeze baked cookies- Let baked cookies cool completely, then place them in a single layer on a baking sheet and freeze until solid (about 1 hour). Transfer to a freezer-safe bag or airtight container with parchment between layers. Freeze up to 3 months.To enjoy, thaw at room temperature for about 30 minutes, or warm in the microwave for 10–15 seconds if you like them soft and gooey.
