Betty Crocker Cake Mix Cookies

Incredibly soft, these 4 Ingredient Cake Mix Cookies are easy to make and even easier to eat! The flavor combinations are just about endless.

Ingredients

  • 13.25 ounce Betty Crocker Cake Mix 1 box, in any flavor
  • 1/3 cup canola oil or vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350° F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, stir cake mix together with oil, vanilla extract, and eggs.
  • Scoop dough into 24 even balls and place onto prepared baking sheets.
  • Bake 8-10 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and cool 4 minutes before removing to a cooling rack.
  • Enjoy warm or at room temperature.

Storage Instructions

Store leftover cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days.
Make ahead- refrigerate the dough for up to 2 days or freeze it for up to 3 months.
To freeze baked cookies-
Let baked cookies cool completely, then place them in a single layer on a baking sheet and freeze until solid (about 1 hour). Transfer to a freezer-safe bag or airtight container with parchment between layers. Freeze up to 3 months.
To enjoy, thaw at room temperature for about 30 minutes, or warm in the microwave for 10–15 seconds if you like them soft and gooey.
