This is no ordinary ham and cheese sandwich. These Pretzel Sandwich Melts are served on a pretzel roll, are sweet and spicy, and full of melted cheese.

Ingredients

2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
1 tablespoon softened butter
6 soft pretzel rolls
6 slices medium cheddar cheese
6-12 slices honey ham

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, stir honey, mustard and butter together until mostly smooth. Slice each pretzel roll in half and spread honey mustard on each side of the roll. Top with half a slice of cheddar cheese, ham, the remaining half of cheddar cheese and the top of the roll.
Wrap each roll well in foil and bake 10 minutes or until warm and melty. Serve warm.
