Oven Roasted Chicken

A little sweet, a little sticky and a little tangy! This Oven Roasted Chicken has got all the flavors I love: maple, garlic, lemon and more! Simply marinate and roast. An easy and delicious recipe my family devours!

Ingredients

marinade:

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon mrs. dash garlic and herbs seasoning
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 whole chicken cut into 8 pieces
  • red onion
  • lemon slices

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients for marinade into a small bowl and whisk together to combine. Pour over chicken pieces and refrigerate 2 hours {or up to 24 hours}.
  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line baking sheet with lemon and onion slices. Place marinated chicken overtop lemon and onion. Brush or spoon over marinade to coat chicken really well.
  • Bake chicken for 40-45 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Serve hot.
