This Pomegranate Salad Dressing is the perfect holiday salad dressing! Not to mention it is super easy and quick to make!

Ingredients
1/2
cup
pomegranate arils
1/4
cup
balsamic vinegar
3/4
tablespoon
sugar
1
clove
garlic
finely minced
1/2
cup
extra virgin olive oil
salt
to taste
black pepper
to taste
Instructions
In a small saucepan, combine pomegranate arils, vinegar, and sugar. Heat over medium-low heat and crush the pomegranate arils with a fork or masher.
Once sugar has dissolved, remove from heat and strain into a small bowl*. Whisk in minced garlic, salt and black pepper.
Slowly drizzle in olive oil, whisking constantly to combine.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.

*You can also do this in a small blender or jar.
