Pomegranate Salad Dressing

This Pomegranate Salad Dressing is the perfect holiday salad dressing! Not to mention it is super easy and quick to make!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pomegranate arils
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3/4 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 clove garlic finely minced
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, combine pomegranate arils, vinegar, and sugar. Heat over medium-low heat and crush the pomegranate arils with a fork or masher.

  • Once sugar has dissolved, remove from heat and strain into a small bowl*. Whisk in minced garlic, salt and black pepper.

  • Slowly drizzle in olive oil, whisking constantly to combine.
