Ingredients

  • 1 9 inch pie crust baked and cooled, This is a good recipe
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2-3 fresh ripe peaches
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice or lemon juice
  • whipped cream optional

Instructions

  • Prepare pie crust according to recipe directions.
  • Whip cream cheese, sugar and vanilla together until smooth. Spread into the bottom of pie shell.
  • Slice cheeks off of fresh peaches and cut into slices. Toss with lime {or lemon} juice, then arrange in concentric circles around the pie.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve. Cut into slices and top with whipped cream.
